Zmagovalec je Junji Obuchi, itSMF Japonska, z belo knjigo "5 Steps to Achieve Successfull Service Management", drugo mesto je zasedel David Bingham, itSMF UK, s prispevkom "The Nine Stepping Stones to Meaningful Service Strategy" in tretje Kevin Ritter, itSMF USA, z belo knjigo "Gamification: How will Service Management 'play along'?".
